Select Floor Care Owner, Michelle Phillips accomplishes Certified Rug Cleaning Technician Certification
Michelle Phillips, Owner and Chief Rug Technician, at Select Floor Care in Grass Valley, CA, has completed the Institute Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and Certification(IICRC) Rug Cleaning Technician course and examination. Michelle is now the only Certified Rug Cleaning Technician in all of Nevada County.
Companies cleaning and restoring floor coverings are certified by the Institute Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and Certification, a worldwide organization which was formed in 1972, to serve as an independent certification body to set and promote high standards and ethics and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industries.
As part of her certification, Michelle completed a rigorous classroom and exam process. In addition to certifying her skill and expertise in the cleaning of rugs, she gained valuable knowledge regarding new products and techniques. This knowledge is then passed along to her customers, which results in their rugs receiving the highest possible quality care and cleaning. In addition to passing the exam and being certified, Michelle has made a commitment to pursue continuing rug cleaning education to maintain her certification, and to bring ongoing quality to Select Floor Care customers.
